Seeking additional funding for Home Builders to buy land and are pulling permits. Residential Home builder is looking for Capital JV partners. Realty will be parcels/lots (infill).
JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS WANTED
JV Funds will be set aside for construction.
Funding from the Capital JV partner is wanted for land cost & construction reserves (for materials, contractors, etc.).
Capital JV Partner funding will be secured by the realty and funds can be escrowed and draws/disbursements directly to contractors/material men as construction is done.
The realty lots/parcels can be done as separate joint venture projects or put together for a larger project.
Management Team: Twenty (20) year plus Builder/General Contractor is an engineer who has worked on multiple high end projects including New York high rise projects. Additionally for the past decade, the builder has multiple commercial and residential projects in Florida.

JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS WANTED - Company has bought a few other prior tax liens/deeds and liquidated those investments. The company still owns residential home from tax deed and operates as rental unit with no mortgages on the parcel. The company is looking to buy additional liens/deeds and is seeking funds to expand. Company will use already owned residential property as collateral & any funds would be secured by purchased tax liens/deeds as well as the already owned rental unit.
